Anger Control And Ways To Make It Work For You
So many of us today are angry all the time about something in our lives driving us nuts; the traffic, the kids, the job, our spouses and it is no wonder there are so many instances of road rage and abuse and arguments of one sort or another. We are living in a stressed out age with technology beeping and buzzing around us constantly; and everything else that is not tied down, just whizzing past our minds at jet speed so the combined effect is one of outright anger, sadness, sometimes rage, and fear. In order to maintain our sanity and get through yet another day, we must consciously enact some form of anger control to get the job done.
One of the biggest problems we are faced with as civilized humans living in an orderly society, is that we are not allowed by societal norms, to act out our feelings and vent our rage whenever the situation presents itself. As a small child, you were probably taught not to cry if you were a boy, not to spit at someone if you were a girl, and Lord help you if you whacked someone over the head when they made you mad. Uh uh uh—not nice. Now don’t act up. Well, what happens then. I’ll tell you what happens; you stash away that anger and that feeling of wanting to whack someone over the head one time too many, and one day the rage that has built up over the years will just explode without warning over the most trivial of affronts. Stifling anger is not a good thing; and a good method of anger control when used wisely is the answer to maintain positive mental health and a healthy body.
There have been plenty of studies done on anger management and anger control, and one of the most effective means of venting pent up rage and powerful feelings is to combine the mental pressure with a physical outlet that will give you the means to get the stress out of your system. Sometimes when under pressure, just ripping up papers or burning something or shouting your head off will do the trick; whereas other times, if the stress factors are too great and the pressure is immense, then grabbing a baseball bat and smashing something with it, or throwing dishes or glasses against the wall, or beating a pillow and screaming long and loud, will take care of the problem once and for all. A good system of anger control will not only help you get rid of the immediate problem that is eating you alive; but it will also calm you to the extent that you will find you are sleeping better at night, and you feel better physically as well.
Just keep in mind, that no matter what the cause of your anger or rage; do not ever take out your feelings physically on another person or hurt another person. This causes nothing but bigger problems and can get you into a lot of trouble that you don’t need on top of everything else. Sometimes a verbal interchange or screaming match will vent some anger and give you the satisfaction of speaking your mind; but what works more often than not, is taking a symbol of that person and release the anger against that symbol——such as burning a picture, or stabbing it, or ripping it to pieces.
When you need to get away and put your anger control method into action, do just that—-get away by yourself so you can act out your anger without having all kinds of interruptions or peeping eyes that will make you feel self conscious and inhibit the venting process. Get into a back room somewhere, or someplace where you can be alone for a while and no one will bother you, and let it rip. Grab those pillows and whack them unmercifully, rant and rave and scream until your throat hurts—just do it, and get it all out. After you are done, you’ll be pooped; but you will have gotten all that pressure out of you without involving anyone else, and you’ll feel so much better.
One thing to always remember is that to experience true anger control and make your cathartic sessions work for you in a positive way; you must be able to become the bigger person in the whole picture, and forgive the person you are angry with. Yes, it’s hard; but not impossible; and true venting of anger and rage cannot begin to be effective if you cannot forgive and mean it. Your whole way of approaching life from that moment on will be changed and you will be the better person for it, and physically you will be the best you have ever been without the pressure, the nagging headaches, and the feeling of being weary all the time from lack of sleep. All that will be a thing of the past if you can just forgive.
Keeping pressured rage and anger pent up inside you day in and day out, is not good for anyone around you nor is it good for you. Life is full of stress and hardship and people wanting to walk all over you just to better themselves, and if you let all that hurt and sadness and anger stay inside and never let it out in a positive way, you will be the worse for wear. Everyone, no matter what station in life they are, needs anger control that can help them stay calm and unstressed and be able to defuse the stresses in life as they occur. Life is to short to stay angry and hurting all the time; anger control will help you make the most out of life and feel good about it in the process.

Mighty Memory – Martin Mak Mighty Memory Review
The human brain is a fascinating organ, being the master control center of the body. It stores information that has been perceived by the senses. Human beings have the most highly developed brain of all. Thus, the human brain may be referred to as the “mighty biological computer”. Among the many functions of the brain is storing and retrieving memories. But how does the “mighty biological computer” have a “Mighty Memory“?
Memory is not something we are born with. Instead, it is something that can be learned and trained. No matter how bad you think your memory is, you can find ways by which it can be improved.
The Mighty Memory System by Martin Mak provides effective tools for improving memory and learning. The package includes a main manual and an mp3 Alpha state recording. Alpha state brainwaves frequency ranges from 8 to 14 cycles per second. They stimulate intuition, imagination, and higher awareness; calm your mind and body while maintaining mental alertness; and improve mental processes such as concentration, clarity of thinking, decision-making, and memory. The package also includes freebies like the Guide to Mind Control, Speed Reading Monster, Study Secrets, and more.
The system trains the left and right sides of the brain and teaches techniques that help improve memorization. Moreover, it uses all your senses together with your brain to help store and retrieve information quickly and effortlessly. Whatever you read, see, hear, feel, or touch is recorded in your mind.
If you study hard but seem to retain only a bit of information or if you frequently experience information overload, if you forget things easily or if you constantly misplace your things, and if you can’t learn quick enough or if you think that your memory is getting worse by the day, try the Mighty Memory System. Remember, there is no poor memory; there is only an untrained memory.

Memory is a vital part of the learning process. Without it, learning would be impossible. Without memory, you would repeatedly have the same experiences for the “first time.” Memory gives richness to life – the pleasure of happy remembrances as well as the sorrow of unhappy ones. Here are ways to improve memory:
1. Put the information into a rhyme. A good example is the verse that begins, “Thirty days hath September”, which helps many people remember the number of days in each month.
2. Provide clues by means of acronyms. Acronyms are words formed from the first letters or syllables of other words. For example, we use the acronym RICE to help us remember the management for sprains or strains, which is rest, ice, compression, and elevation.
3. Use a mental picture. A mental picture can be provided by the key-word method. This is particularly useful in learning foreign words. For example, you want to remember that the German word Gabel means fork. First, you think of a key word in English that sounds like the foreign word. For example, gobble. Next, you connect the two words through a mental image, such as that of a person gobbling food with a fork. From then on, to recall the meaning of Gabel, you would remember gobble and the stored image linking it to fork.
Using rhymes, clues, and mental pictures are generally termed as mnemonic devices.
Mnemonic devices work best for remembering lists of specific items such as words or phrase, and not for learning complex materials such as stories or poems.
They say that the number of patterns of connections of nerve cells in a person’s head greatly outnumber the number of stars in the universe. They also say that the great scientific theorist, Albert Einstein just had an average-sized brain. Therefore, we are all capable for greatness. The secret lies in the way we use our brain.
Memory is a vital part of the learning process. Find the ways to improve your memory and discover your limitless potential.

You might have never had any sort of difficulty while driving when suddenly something comes over you without warning. It becomes difficult to breathe, feel dizzy and you feel an overwhelming sense of dread. You begin to feel as though you may lose control of the car – and this intensifies the fear tenfold. If you’ve ever had this happen to you, you might be afraid to drive.
You might be told you need to overcome your fear of driving by confronting it head on and driving more. Of course, this only works if driving was the trigger for your panic attack in the first place; if it wasn’t it doesn’t matter how much you drive – it’s not going to help. However, a panic attack can happen anytime, anywhere and come without warning. What should you do if you have panic attacks while driving? If you know how to handle the situation, then you’ll be more at ease behind the wheel.
The first time you have a panic attack while driving, you might not recognize the symptoms – increasing dread and fear, shakes and sweating. You may start to worry about hazardous road conditions, having a breakdown or getting stuck in traffic.
If you feel a panic attack coming on, pull over and stop driving – you won’t drive safely in this state. Pull over, take deep breaths and wait until you relax.
Panic attacks can last a couple of seconds or for few minutes. Just try to relax and calm yourself until the attack subsides. If you have some water in the car, take sips of this, since dehydration can trigger panic attacks. Take a pill if you have any prescription medication for your panic disorder and ride your attack out until you’re thoroughly relaxed. You should keep some water and a paper bag to regulate your breathing in the car at all times.
With panic attacks as with any other condition, prevention is always better than a cure. You can help to prevent panic attacks by taking daily vitamin B complex supplements; ask your doctor what they recommend as a daily dosage.
Always follow the recommendations of your physician and make sure to attend any one on one or group therapy sessions consistently. The support that being around others who suffer from panic attacks provides can be invaluable.
A word of caution – don’t drive alone. Always have somebody with you or let somebody drive for you if your panic attacks are frequent and severe. Having someone with you may allay those fears that bring on those panic attacks.
