Wish You Could Conceive A Girl?
Baby girls are so cute. They’re cuddly and they’re full of love. Baby boys are too, but if you have not had any luck with having a daughter, then you’re probably wondering how to conceive a girl. Well, there are certain techniques that have worked for millions of couples around the world to conceive and welcome a beautiful baby girl into their lives.
There are many couples who believe that expensive and risky clinical methods are the only answer to the question of how to conceive a girl. While, that may be true to a certain extent, it still not an absolute certainty that you will even become pregnant using lab techniques, let alone conceive a girl. Therefore, it makes sense to try natural techniques as well.
The human reproduction process is something we learned back in college or high school biology. You probably already know that sperm contains both X and Y chromosomes and depending on which one fertilizes the egg which only has the X chromosome, you’ll have a boy or girl. So contrary to what some people believe, dads are the ones who are actually the variable in the equation.
What many people may not be aware of is the lifespan of sperm once it leaves the male’s body. Sperm can live up to 5 to 7 days inside the female body depending on the reproductive environment, such as whether she is ovulating and cervical mucus conditions, etc.
It is a 50 percent chance that you will have either a male or female. Once the sperm is ejaculated into the woman’s body, do you know that the X or female sperm swims slower than the Y or male sperm? However, the female sperm is known for living longer than the male, so it all evens out and provides a basis for determining how to conceive a girl.
Take note of your ovulation cycle. You will need to know when you are ready to ovulate. If you have sex right before you ovulate and then abstain, you will increase the likelihood of conceiving a girl. Therefore, the timing of sexual intercourse is extremely important. The theory behind this is that since the X sperm will outlive the Y sperm, there will be more X sperm present in the female reproductive tract when the egg is released and ready for fertilization.
How to conceive a girl seems like it might take a bit of effort to work successfully, but judging by the number of happy couples who use natural techniques to conceive and give birth to baby girls, it is certainly worth the effort. Remember that no guarantees can be made other then you’ll cherish your new baby, boy or girl.

Most women develop minor sleeping issues during the first few months of their pregnancy. For all but a few lucky ladies, these issues unavoidable. Constant Urination
You might think your bladder is smaller than the average woman’s, but wait until you become pregnant. Your trips to the bathroom will become so frequent, you’ll wonder if your bladder hasn’t suddenly become even smaller.
During your pregnancy, your kidneys are processing a much higher volume of fluid. Making matters worse, your uterus is expanding, placing more pressure on your “already under siege” bladder. The result? A stronger relationship with your bathroom. Improve your chances for enjoying a good night’s rest by avoiding drinking a large volume of liquid before going to bed each evening.
Unable To Get Comfortable
Your body goes through a number of changes when you’re pregnant, not all of them related to your growing belly. For example, your breasts may feel more sensitive or tender, making it uncomfortable to lie on your stomach. Now’s the time to adopt a side-sleeping habit. As your baby continues to grow and your second trimester approaches, you won’t be able to continue sleeping on your back. A lot of expecting women have difficult making the transition. Build the habit now before your expanding stomach forces it upon you.
The Urge To Nap
Feeling sleepy? It’s not the weather. Nor is it the busy day you’re having (though that’s probably contributing). A portion of your drowsiness is due to a hormone called progesterone, which your body produces at higher levels during pregnancy. A lot of women look back on their day and wonder why they’re so tired. They usually attribute their exhaustion to the extra weight they’re carrying. In truth, the increased levels of progesterone are making them feel drowsy.
You can either fight the urge to take a nap or indulge yourself. Just remember that a 2-hour slumber might prevent you from getting to sleep in the evening. That said, a 20-minute catnap can rejuvenate your mind and body without causing a major disruption in your sleep when you go to bed later.
Being pregnant is a special time filled with excitement and joy. But, it comes with a few frustrations, including an occasional inability to sleep restfully at night. Expect it and plan for it. By the time you finally give birth to your new baby, you’ll look back on your pregnancy with fond memories and few regrets.

Four Tips For Designing Your Maternity Wardrobe
In the past, pregnant women tended to cover up their expanding bellies as they moved from the first trimester into the second and third. With yesteryear’s maternity clothing, who could blame them? Thankfully, maternity wear has come a long way over the past several years. Long gone are the tent-like tops that seemed crudely cut from picnic table fabric. Today’s pregnancy clothes offer a stylish blend of chic, sophistication, and playfulness. Big and frumpy has been transformed into fun and sexy.
Below, we’ll give you four easy tips that you can use to put together a pregnancy wardrobe that you’ll look forward to wearing.
Tip 1 – Go For Jeans
It’s hard to look at what passed for pregnancy jeans years ago without chuckling. In truth, they weren’t jeans at all. Instead, they looked like ill-fitted bottoms that were painted with a denim color. Pregnancy clothing manufacturers have since figured out how to design jeans that are simultaneously comfortable, cool, and sexy for expecting moms-to-be. Even better, you can purchase them at all price levels.
Tip 2 – Shop Shoes Smartly
A little swelling in your feet is unavoidable. Your pregnant body is going to retain more water than normal. Plus, your body will produce a hormone known as relaxin, which will likely add an additional bit of swelling. Think about your shoes from the perspective of comfort as a main priority. The last thing you want is to wear shoes that are too tight; if your feet are uncomfortable, your entire body can feel the same. Keep your 6-inch stilettos in your closet and choose flats instead.
Tip 3 – Choose Comfort First
You want to look pretty. You want to feel sexy. When you’re pregnant, you want to do everything possible to accentuate your curves and highlight your best features. Not only is that understandable, but it’s a fantastic way to take true delight in your growing body during this extraordinary time. Just make sure you don’t sacrifice your comfort to do so. Your maternity wear can look great and feel comfortable at the same time.
Tip 4 – Look Through Your Closet
Chances are, you have more than a few items tucked away in your closet that would make perfect additions to your pregnancy wardrobe. T-shirts that were once loose-fitting will cozily hug your body and show off your curves. A light blazer left unbuttoned can be an ideal complement to a classy, easygoing ensemble. Use your imagination to mix and match. You might discover that clothes you had all but discarded can now find new life as a part of your maternity wear.
Being pregnant is a time to subtly show off your expanding figure. With a few choice tops and bottoms, along with a splash of sophisticated class, you can design a wardrobe that is both attractive and comfortable.

Initial symptoms of pregnancy can indeed cause a lot of excitement from the expectant parents. At this time the expectant mothers body is going to be going through some fairly severe changes so its good policy to know what to expect so that you can tackle the situation all the better.
Pregnancy can leave you emotionally exhausted at times. One moment you are feeling exhilarated and then the next you may be feeling exhausted and anxious. Having these emotions to deal with on a regular basis can add to emotional stress levels.
There are lots of things to consider after becoming pregnant so its no wonder that at times you will feel worried and upset about seemingly small matters.
Is the baby okay ” gaining the right weight; too big/too small; is it going to be premature, or maybe late; am I taking the right supplements in the right amounts; am I eating correctly…? So many questions to wonder about for both mother and lets not forget father too.
In the first two weeks after conception there will be a hormonal trigger which will allow mothers body to begin nourishing the baby, and this will occur before any examination can confirm actual pregnancy. Among the most common physical changes are the following:
1.Increases in the amount of urination. Because the uterus can start to press upon the bladder in the early months of pregnancy, the frequency of urination increases. Please be aware that urinary tract infections increase in such circumstances. It may be wise to wear panty liners to reduce embarrassing situations and to reduce any discomfort.
2.Nausea. Vomiting, queeziness and nausea are caused again by hormonal changes and can be reduced by eating small meals frequently throughout the day. Ginger in tea or ale is a good aid, as it can be when added to your cooking.
3.High fatigue levels. The body will be producing more blood as a measure to support the pregnancy and as such the heart will be pumping faster and the pulse rises. While at the same time more intense emotions do affect energy levels. Rest often and ensure a good intake of both protein and iron. Have a brisk walk each and every day or increase your physical activity in other gentle ways.
4.Increased urination. This happens when the uterus presses upon the bladder in early months of pregnancy. Watch for any urinary tract infections at this time. Try to reduce fluid intake later in the day if you are going to the toilet regularly through the night. Using panty liners can reduce embarrassing moments and discomfort.
5.Breast sensitivity increase. Again, increased hormonal activity is often the cause of this symptom where the breasts will feel more full and heavier. A good fitting bra that offers good levels of support can help to somewhat alleviate sensitivity in the breasts.
